I was really in a bad place and had lost almost everything when I reached out for Treatment at Think and Be. From the first moment when I spoke to the executive director I knew I was in good hands. She spent just 45 min on the phone with me to explain every part of the program and then the staff really assisted me in every step of the way towards my recover. They really gave me tools in the groups to avoid relapse. The way their program addresses every part of addiction and recovery is what helped me most from their nutrition group to this amazing biosound therapy that used vibrations and music to reduce craving.
